The International LGBTQ+ Travel Association has recently declared their Board of Directors for the upcoming year 2024. Four thought leaders of the industry, on behalf of three different sectors in tourism and hospitality, were appointees for the first-time and will start their two-year term from January 2024.

 IGLTA is quite pleased to greet four new Board members:

 Burcu Kisakurek (she/her), as the Founder as well as the Managing Director of Unison Turkey Travel & Events
 Sangeeta Naik (she/her), as the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing at American Express Travel
 Shiho Ikeuchi (she/her) as the newly appointed General Manager at the Ace Hotel
 Fred Dixon (he/him), as the new President and CEO of New York City Tourism + Conventions

Accepting diversity in the Board composition of IGLTA is not just a target, but a foundation of their visualization for IGLTA. That’s why they’re excited to greet their new members, Sangeeta, Burcu, Fred and Shiho, who brings in a treasured global insights and experience to their dynamic team.

Together with their returning members, they create an influential collective all committed to proceed LGBTQ+ travel, said Felipe Cardenas, IGLTA Board Chair. And IGLTA is quite happy to declare the 2024 Board Executive Committee names:
